New Roof
We worked with Matt and Travis for a quote on roof replacement. They were very friendly and very professional from start to finish. Our job was submitted to our homeowner’s insurance and handled by Matt. We got approved and started the job right away. I was concerned about the weather and the crews safety, but was told these guys can handle the job. We were expecting high wind gusts.. 🤦♀️ that being said they arrived early morning and had our old roof removed in no time. These guys are HARD workers. The job took all day and they wrapped up by 6 pm. They even went around our property with a magnet to collect staples and nails. Our roof looks amazing! Several neighbors inquired about them and referred them gladly! Matt recommended our shingle color of Charcoal and it really makes our house “Pop” in Matt’s words! Start to finish, they were awesome! Returned text message, calls or even stopped by in a timely fashion! There slogan is right! They do the job Well!! Thank you to Carrie in the office too for her kindness and prompt responses!! New Roof
Getting a roof is something you don't think about until it is needed. Well. we needed one after a wind storm had come through the area where we live. A neighbor had recently had their roof done, and we asked them who did it. They said Wells, and that they were very satisfied with everything that they did. We gave Travis a call, and he was very helpful and professional during the whole process. Travis and his team explained everything that was going to be done, and if anything came up while replacing the roof, etc. they would make sure that we were well informed. The crew was exceptional with the cleaning up of all the old roofing materials. I would recommend Wells to everyone needing a new roof or home improvement.

I would highly recommend Wells Home Improvement to anyone looking for any exterior roof improvement or repair. Our contractor, William Buckmaster is the BEST! He was professional and knowledgeable about the products and fully explained the reasons our roof needed to be repaired. William took charge and came to our rescue. He took additional video/photos because of our initial claim denial from the insurance company. After a 10 month claim battle, the time came to start the job…the crew was professional and completed all the entire roof within one day.After everything was done, the cleanup job was thoroughly completed and inspected the next day by your dynamic team! Thanks Wells Home Improvement for having such A terrific office staff, great craftsmen and our guardian angel, William Buckmaster.

New Roof
Had our new GAF roof installed by Wells Home Improvement and we love it! There were so many choices but William Buckmaster walked us through the process seamlessly. He was patient, professional and was wonderful in his ability to explain everything in layman's terms. The team worked effortlessly to install our new roof on schedule and we are so pleased with the results. If you're looking for a new roof I would highly recommend Wells Home improvement!

Great! Came out and removed all the rot from under my front porch roof and replaced the roof with a sealed cover with proper materials. Even my personal contractor said this is a great job! Very happy!

Fantastic and Attentive Customer Service
No one likes to have to the redo their roof- but if you do, this team was amazing. They were 100% responsive and a pleasure to do business with. We decided to add skylights and sun tunnels somewhat last minute and they made them look spectacular. They even asked the rep to come out and help me decide placement which made all the difference! I would highly recommend Jarrett (DJ) and Matt and Eddie. They truly made this experience bearable. Thanks y'all.
