We sat down with our salesman Matt and told him what our budget was and what we would like to have done. After doing his measurements he gave us a proposal that met our price range and accomplished everything we wanted. Work day was extremely hot but the crew was early and completed a perfect job. We had a completely new roof with all new wood. We also had gutters with gutter covers installed. Thank goodness I won't have to climb the roof again. Work done in a timely manner and all debris removed. Wally the job foreman came out several times to check on the progress and answer any questionswe had. Neighbors are commenting how good all the work looks. Can't wait for the new shutters to come in.

We had a very good experience with the replacement of our roof . The crew showed up, finished in a day . They were respectful and did an excellent job. Had some repairs done in a room from water damage. Not a great experience with painter. In fact, it was quite unsavory. I had to pay someone to move furnishings back . All in all a good experience. I do think salepeople should say what thry truly mean instead of leaving two women feeling as if ok , its done and thank you. That part was disappointing. Im sorry to say this but its my truth. There are other things that were discussed and now we seek another way to accomplish them with someone else

I contacted Matthew Feather and Tony Johnston immediately after finding out I had a water leak coming from the side of my home on the second floor. The leak was such that it had ruin my patio door. The leak needed to be repaired quickly before the new patio door could be installed on March 28. Matthew and Tony came over the same day to examine the problem area and offered a solution and a price I could not refuse. The WellsHome team came over on March 22 and replaced the affected siding and installed all of the necessary splashing to prevent future water leaks. Wells Improvement provides great service. We had to replace our roof and have gutter guard installed on our copper gutters. Their pricing was very competitive, the team was efficient and did a nice job on the roof and the separate team that installed the gutter guard did an excellent job. The Wells Home Improvements team did a great job, and here is why. I had a leak in my roof and called them. They were able to provide a proposal quickly, and were very clear about when the project would actually start. With the weather they even came out and stopped the leak with a short term solution until the shingles arrived! The best part though was the honesty. A lot of companies tried to get more money off of me (a first time home owner) with mention of full board replacements, or fancier shingles, but this team didn't. No one wants to be sold, and although I got a great product/roof, it really felt like I had the say in it all. That's how it should be as the owner!

In the Summer of 2022, we wanted to get new gutters with leaf guards on our 1990s house. Initially we contacted two nationally known companies for estimates. Both estimates came with a salesperson pushing a special "buy today" discount and were relatively high priced (over 2x what we eventually paid). On a neighbor's recommendation we contacted Wells. They showed up, politely let us know that they were walking around the house taking measurements and e-mailed us a quote later in the day. No pressure, no hype, and very reasonably priced in comparison to the other two companies. We eventually chose Wells and they arrived a few days later, installed the gutters and were done and gone in a few hours. We've now been through two autumns and the gutters still look great and are clog free. If you're looking for new gutters, I would highly recommend Wells.

When I first met Matt and Travis they explained exactly what they would do and that’s what happened. My insurance co recommended different group to replace roof and some gutters after big windstorm ripped off shingles and water came in. But I didn't feel comfortable with them (subbed everything out, unreadable very long contract that needed a lawyer to understand) so looked for a local company that got good reviews and had been in business for a while. Called Wells and they were very responsive, letting me know that they wouldn't be able to make it out until a date a few days later. Matt and Travis showed up on time and were very thorough. Insurance co didn't cover everything that needed doing (only 1/4 of a deck and 1/2 of the gutters) so they worked with us to add additional out-of-pocket items for a reasonable price. Guy and Allan were also wonderful to work with on the deck, soffits and new door part. Love the results and will use them for big window and probably siding down the road. Recommend them in a heartbeat!
