EXCELLENT SERVICE!
From start to finish, Travis and his team did an amazing job. I signed a contract with them for a whole new roof including my front and rear porch. They found some rotted wood for the porch trusses and went to retrieve the material and replaced said material at absolutely no extra charge. I’d say at least $400 in extra cost and more in labor. If that’s not amazing I don’t know what is. Also on my main roof there were a lot of 1x6 slats that went across the whole roof and instead of just putting the plywood on top and saving another 3 to 4 hours they ripped them off. Once again amazing. Now I did request 1/2” plywood roof but had no idea they would go that extra mile. Travis and the supervisor on the job said that’s what we do. Now I am a very pessimistic person, whenever I see reviews I often wonder what are you getting out of writing such a great review? The answer is nothing but a Brand new roof at a great price. Now I’m kind of a grumpy older man, if I had anything negative to say, you would see it right here. Once again, Thank You Travis and your entire team.
I love my new 6" gutters and downspouts
My house was in need of a new roof, soffit, fascia, trim work and 6" gutters and downspouts. The work was done promptly by a large team who were all especially hard working and polite. Before this work was done, I would watch the rain literally pouring off my roof as the gutters couldn't handle the volume. I just took a walk around my house in the rain and the water flowed out the downspouts as it should. Im very pleased with Wells Home Improvements.
Experience Has Been Great!
I did research and picked Wells to replace all of my roof shingles. Travis came out and went over everything, even listened to my concerns about other house matters! I was provided with a quote to replace all shingles and install gutter covers,which I found the price to be reasonable. The job was done when it was scheduled to be done with no problems. Wally came over and went over it with me while the work was getting done. He checked on everything and then went around with me to look at the new roof and answer questions. The next day I had questions...Travis stopped by to address questions in person! Wells Home Improvement experience has been great! My house roof looks secure and protective from environmental elements. Wells people are friendly, easy to work with and treat their customers like gold! They care about Quality and Customer Service and doing it Well. They are the roofers to call!
